Shipping Methods:

Shipments within Canada, the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be shipped via a variety of carriers. UPS Ground is our primary shipping method. However, depending on the products ordered and their destinations, your items may ship via UPS Express Saver (Ice), FedEx Ground/Air (Dry Ice Dangerous Goods), or Sameday Right Away Ground.

If you prefer using your own carrier or shipping account, contact us or leave your account details in the comments box at the end of the ordering process and we will call your shipper when your order is ready.

Express Delivery:

Shipping Rates:

In order to determine your shipping cost, we use the average price for freight to your location combined with any additional handling charges ($25 for wet ice, $35 for Dangerous Goods, $70 for Dry Ice).  If additional shipping costs are incurred, customer service will contact you with the additional shipping costs for approval prior to shipment. In case of any error in the shipping cost we reserve the right to hold your order until our customer service contacts you for approval of the revised shipping cost. Note: We will never bill a shipping cost that is not approved by the customer first.

Shipping Tracking Number:
